Where to play the best poker

You are quite new in poker playing. You have some experience here and there but have no idea where you can play the best poker. Well, the answer is not as obvious as it’s meaning something different from player to player.

As you maybe know the biggest online poker rooms remain the same for years – Full Tilt and PokerStars. They are gorgeous, with millions of players registered and 10-100 thousands playing at the same moment. It won’t be easy to swim in these pools as only little fish.

What about another pool, smaller and cleaner? Well, there are now hundreds different poker rooms with one or two new every day. When you’ll be thinking like new poker room, how to attract new players, how to catch them? As new poker room, you have to prepare healthy bonuses, promo actions, affiliate programs, free-roll tournaments, big guaranteed tournaments and much much more. You have to invest huge loads of money to attract new players and be better then well established poker rooms.

Now back to your position as possibly new player. What do you want? What is best poker for you and why you are playing poker?

I think that the most of players see the chance of earning additional dollars to their salary or the only money because many of them are still at school. So The Money is the main purpose of playing poker. Now everyone has to know that not all players are winning but they don’t have this feeling on mind. They are sure they will win or course.

Who always wins in poker

We know who is always winning. It is poker room. No matter who plays better, who lost and who won. Each time small rake is sent to a poker room. Did you hear about durrrr challenge? durrrr and his opponent are playing thousands of hands and the winner is the one with bigger stack. But after thousands and thousands of games with a rake the funny thing can be, that none of those players has anything. All money is gone into poker room’s chest and it is tie. :-)

To be sure earning money with poker you have to own a poker room. But we didn’t want to end with this statement. Just to have more information about poker business and be a clever poker player.

So you play fore money, you are looking for the best deals. If the deals are good enough they can make winning player from the one who is loosing in a different poker room. For us the best poker is the one we earn the most money from play.

What is the best poker

Someone who is playing only free-roll tournaments he can’t loose! What he wins is his and he has no expenses except time. We know players who play for years only free-roll tournaments and they are happy. Time to time they win something and they are proud. It is good feeling to win some money without any need of working for it but here the time is a key to identify if we are doing right. It’s cool to win 50$ in a poker tournament but when you divide it with a number of hours you spent playing it… And you have to calculate together more tournaments to make an average because there are not winnings each tourney. After counting you can have 1-2$s per hour and this is nothing special.

We rather play for our own money. Yes, it’s risky but without money there’s no honey. OK, this was enough. Now you have to know why you are playing poker and what does it means to you to play the Best Poker.

Conclusion

We can help you to find the best deals and best online poker rooms to fulfil your opinion. Don’t be looking just for the best poker bonus. Calculate with conditions in claiming it. And at the end, smaller bonus can be better if you are able to find poker room with complete fishy players who are begging to take some money out of them.

How to Bluff in Poker

How to Bluff in Poker

What is it bluff in poker? It is situation when someone plays strong cards like weak cards and vice versa. He is tricky and you can’t imagine if he bluffs or not. It is hard to play against player who can bluff correctly so why not to be one of them…

You can have better cards and better combination then your opponent but you can still loose the game. The reason can be perfect bluff which comes from your opponent.

You will probably have better feelings from winning game with cards like 2-7 plus bluffing then with A-A. Winning with A-A is duty but much less players are able to win cards like 2-7 as only few of them can be solidly bluffing.

Situations when a bluff won’t work

  • Your opponent put so many chips into a pot that he can’t fold to your bluffing bet.
  • You are playing against bad kind of players – they have no experience and don’t know what a bluff is or they are called calling stations or maniacs. As their nickname says they are calling everything no matter if it is right or bad decision.

You have to understand your opponent before you can try to bluff him.

Focus on tight players who play almost only the Nuts (the best combination) as it is coming very rarely. In the rest of cases they could fold.

You can bluff by betting with bad hand or you can bluff by checking with the Nuts. Just watch the cards on a board as the best combination can change on turn or river and with checking bluff you are giving a free card to your opponents.

Don’t be bluffing too often. Maybe around 10% of games are right number of games for bluffing.

How to take control in poker

How to take control in poker

There are several important things you have to have in your mind during poker game sessions. Trying to control the game each time is one of them.

How to do it? Easily. Be always the most aggressive at the table. It is not necessary to be all-in. Just be the last that is betting or raising. The rest of poker table will see you as a leader and this position has many advantages. They will be scared to raise you so you can have free cards more often. They will be worried of your aggression which can save you many blinds.

Sometimes it is risky to take control, especially when you’re out of position (first to act) so select your games wisely.

Selective aggression is the key.

There are two ways when you want to play winning poker

You can play many hands and combinations, be in many pots, and with your aggression win them. Sometimes your opponents will be stronger and you have to know it as soon as possible. This style is known as Loose Aggressive style of playing poker and can be very tricky.

Second option is known as Tight Aggressive style. You play with strong hands, you are in fewer pots. You play aggressively again and you have better combinations then your opponents more often. You are risking less but your other experienced players see it.

It is hard to say which style is better as it depends on a player using it. Be aggressive to take control and choose what you prefer – Tight Aggressive or Loose Aggressive.

How to Bet in poker

How to Bet in poker

Wow. There are tips for betting too? Yeah. One for all: “It is not necessary to push all in each time you have strong cards in your hand.”

Betting should be done in relation to the amount of chips in a pot.

At the beginning of a tournament there are situations with many players all-in. Particularly in free-roll tournaments this is really frequent situation. Nothing to loose and many more freeroll tournaments in the same or different poker rooms are the reason. But that has nothing in common with real poker.

Ideal amount to bet is from 1/2 to 1/1 of a pot.

Find articles with percentages and probability counting which can support this statement. For now think about your all in – how your opponents think about it. They will fold in most of these games because why to risk all chips with no confidence? But time to time there will be one opponent with the Nuts (the best combination in a moment) who is great leader in this hand and you have very litle chance to win. The best advice from this lesson is:

Don´t risk and waste everything for nothing.

How to win in poker

Rules A, B, C, something very easy and that´s it. You´ll be a millionare. Bye.

No, this is really not how it´s working. Sorry. Someone very clever once said that you can learn rules of poker in just 5 minutes but the whole life is not long enough to know everything about it. And this is a reason why poker is so cool.

Anyway. Let´s start with something which can give you some leverage and bring some money to your pocket. No matter of a luck (which is only seasonal thing) in a long term you just have to be one level above your opponents. Doesn´t matter if you are at the beggining or a solid poker pro, when your opponents are worse than you - you are winning.

Assume you´re just getting started with poker. There will be an article about 4 or 5 different levels of poker players and differencies between them but you are several months of learning and exercising so forget it for now.

For now, you only have to be sure that you have little knowledge of poker strategies, principles, tactics and your opponents have no idea about it.
